Exterior weatherboards mid-paint

Old window repair

Leadlights, awning sashes, and weathered timber in stucco walls. This is prep and detailing — not a quick coat over flaking paint.

    Scrape and sand

    Failed coats come off the sash, sill, and frame so the next layers have something sound to hold.

  2. 2

    Timber, putty, hardware

    Soft wood, cracked putty, and tired stays get repaired so the window still opens and weathers.

  3. 3

    Prime and build

    A proper primer, then the finish coats — not a slap of enamel over loose paint.

  4. 4

    Cut in the sash

    Sharp lines on the stucco, clean arrises on the timber, and a sash that is not painted shut.
